solved api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll missing?

Hello,

New user.
After installing the windows version, I get a message that api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll is missing from the computer.

So I downloaded and copied it to the DXF2GCODE application folder (where the .exe is).
I then get another error that the program cannot start.

Is this a problem with pre-requesites being wrong somewhere?

I am installingonto a WIndows 7 64 bit machine machine.

Sorry, this must be some issue with windows i guess. First time i hear this issue with dxf2gcode.
